UPJ Alumni Golf Outing - 11am - 7pm
The UPJ Alumni Board has put together a golf outing at the Windber Country Club. There is a seperate form to fill out if you would like to participate on Friday Afternoon at the Windber Country Club. CLICK HERE for the sign-up form. with questions.

Evening Meet N Greet - 7pm - 10pm
Kick off the festivities with a FREE informal meet-and-greet at the UPJ "LLC" Living Learning Center. No registration needed to attend, but do please help us to determine the size room we will need by completing this RVSP form by Thursday 5/30/24.
Bring your own beverages (BYOB) and prepare to reconnect with old friends from 7pm to 10pm. There are a number of places to order food for delivery.
Room Registration pick-up & Room Check-in begins at 4:00pm and continues until 10:30pm.

Saturday, June 1: Main Event Day
Here is some summary information you can cut/ paste/ share: Start the day with a delightful Mimosa Brunch from 11am to 1pm at the Living Learning Center (LLC). Small group campus tours will begin at 1pm at the LLC and finish up about 5pm. At 6pm, join us for the highlight of the day, the All Greek Reunion Cookout and Reunion University Square. It's where the Gazebo is located. The event opens at 6pm, with food served from 7pm to 9pm.
- Morning: Mimosa Brunch
- Afternoon: Campus tour and nostalgic visit to Greek houses
- Evening: All Greek Reunion Cookout
Mimosa Brunch - 11am - 1pm - $25 / person
Campus Tour - 1pm - 5pm - $5 / person
The Campus Tour beigins outside the "LLC" Living Learning Center after brunch with visits to the visit the The Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center, the PPAC, the Murtha Center, the Nursing School, a stop by the Panther Statue and continuing through some academic buildings and lodges. We plan on have the doors open to the former and present greek houses.
We're charging you $5 because we need you to sign up so we have the right amount of tour guides. We're going to try to keep the groups small. Time flies on these tours so give yourself some time to freshen up before the evening events. |
Greek Reunion - 6pm - 11pm - $40 / person
Gone is the maintenance shed near upper town house parking lot, replaced with "University Square": an outdoor green space featuring a gazebo and seating areas, creating a park-like atmosphere that serves as a central meeting place for everyone. It's in front for he library and across from the Student Union. $40 gets you in.
Food served 7pm - 9pm. Cole slaw, BBQ glazed chicken, burgers, hot dogs, potato chips, mac & cheese, baked beans, buns, condiments, cookies & brownies, pink lemonade, water. Drinks from a cash bar. |

Living/Learning Center - $75 per room / per night
The "LLC" Living Learning Center, built in what was once the E&S Parking Lot, renovated in 2020, is the largest residence facility on campus, designed to house 400 upper-class students.
Each two-person room includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, a sink/vanity, microwave, mini refrigerator, a chest-of-drawers, desk and chair, bed, and wardrobe for each occupant. The center is equipped with amenities including laundry facilities, the Alumni Room, a recreation room, and a multi-purpose room with a dance floor. It's the location of the Mimosa Lunch and the starting point for campus tours. $75.00 per room / per night |
Willow Hall - $130 - $150 per apartment / per night
Willow only requires one person to register for the room and it will charge that person, the other guests in the room needn't register for a room. If you book a Willow Room for 5 people, you will get charged and you can in turn just get the money from the other guests however you see fit (Venmo, etc).
Closer to the event, we will ask for the listing of guests in each room so that we can have the proper number of keys available and who to provide them to at check in. |
Willow Hall, completed in 2005 and nestled between Oak Hall and Maple Hall, offers apartment-style living for 108 students, featuring air-conditioned suites with private and shared bedrooms, kitchenettes, two bathrooms, and a common living room. The building includes a first-floor common area, meeting/study spaces, and laundry facilities.
