Timelines
By looking at the master timelines of UPJ and Delta Chi timeline (just because it's got a bit more detail at this point than the others at this point) you can see the type of information we are looking for.  The Fraternity or Sorority timeline would list the various awards (President's awards, golf ball, Debby Deaner, etc) and the master timeline would reflect campus wide information (e.g. won homecoming float or queen, Greek Week champions, service projects)

Homecoming 2015 plans

Hi, Barb. Great chatting with you yesterday. In the next two-four weeks, Kayla Garshnick, our Alumni Relations Coordinator, will reach out to you. We need to get past some other events and projects we’re trying to wrap up now. As I said, though, I think that this ZST reunion during Homecoming is GREAT, and we are excited to support in these ways:

1.       Set up an online registration platform for the event, including receiving payments from registrants.
2.       Receive registrations and, occasionally, communicate with you who has registered.
3.       Pay for the event from event registration funds received.
4.       Liaise with you and our on-campus Conference Services staff to identify available and suitable space and other physical, audio, or vision needs and supplies that can be requisitioned (by Alumni Relations FOR your event).
5.       Promote your event through various print, email, and social media communications that we prepare and send to alumni.

The 10 a.m. light brunch in the PPAC, a light lunch at 12:30 or 1 p.m., and beer/wings/pizza in the Log Cabin in the evening all on Sat., Sept. 27, 2015 all sounds like it will likely work. Kayla can work with you on all this.

Thanks again for our interest in bringing this event back!
