On Feb 26 2024 we were notified by the university of Pittsburgh - Johnstown that the Panther logo that was originally selected as our logo was a trademark infringement. We have updated the logo on the website and on our social media platforms. We are leaving this variant here in order to answer any questions as to why the logo was once revised after our recent polling and updates.

- Set up time - The team will set up Friday afternoon between 4-5pm
- Will be open Friday from 7pm - 9pm and Saturday at the start of the Saturday Jennifer will check with Kathleen to see if we can pass out lanyard name tags and star bags at registration.

Friday Night
Hospitality Room-Varsity Café, LLC
- Jennifer to find out from Kathleen what are Open and close time for BYOB. Ideally we should open the room at 4pm for people to stop in.
- Order food for delivery (perhaps get a sponsor). We need some help with local restaurant who can deliver. Do they offer a discount
- We will NOT offer an off-campus get-together. People are own their own for food
- Should we give out swag bag at check in?
- Can we give name tags at checkin? How is the best method of marking name tags for under 21?
- What time is check-in?
- What is the check out procedure?
- Can we set up memorabilia in big tent near gazebo or should we set up tables in Heritage Hall for memorabilia? The committee feels that Heritage Hall may be the better solution.
We need some additional information from Kathleen for Lodging check-in procedure. Pricing is as follows:
- Living Learning Center (LLC) 200 room 40 beds - $75/night
- Willow Hall - 25 apartments (4 bedroom & 2 full baths) - 190 beds - $130/room/night ( not equipped kitchens

Mimosa Brunch - Heritage Hall Living Learning Center (LLC)
- This should start at 11am and close at 1pm and lead into the Campus Tours.
- The committee decided that we will offer the Build Your Own Breakfast Buffet at a net cost of ~$17.00/person. We will need to add in the cost of the champagne based upon a head count and the brunch should come in around $25/person
- David should speak at lunch. We should invite President Spectar.

- Tentative times are tours to start at 1pm from LLC Heritage Hall
- Grace is going to post on the Facebook Group requesting which buildings are most important to see for each organization
- We need a list of buildings that David Janusek feels are an important part of each Campus Tour.
- We need each Greek Organization to list Houses from the past are on the list so that cane be added to the tour. Is there a special room (family tree on wall, meeting room, etc) that people want to see in a particular house?
- Where else people want to visit?
- Can we invite professors to attend?
- Signage - we need to develop a list of the signs that we need.
- Who are the tour guides?
- Time slots for tours. Can Kathleen add that to the registration. See the 22:00 minute mark in the video below for more details. Should we have a followup questinaire for where people want to visit after they register so we can determine what times tours start or where they go based upon what you want to see.

- We should have one large tent for everyone. We need to set up open area and half with banquet tables and chairs. One tent for mingling; one tent for display of memorabilia.
- UPJ has 3 10x10 tents that could be set out: One for DJ
- Cookout starts at 6pm.
- Food starts around 7pm?
- We have a DJ. $500 (UPJ to handle this cost) Mike Hurska (Delta Chi)reserved a DJ
- Photo Booth $850 (UPJ to handle this cost)
- We discussed Greek House "tents" Outdoor tents purchased by each org for $150. it was decided that a large tent was a better solution so we are axing the idea of individual tents.
- We need a Reception Table at the Main tent for those coming only for the afternoon /evening.
- We need to select the Picnic Dinner choice for the evening food. Food should start being served at 6? 7? food finishes at 9pm? Need to know from Kathleen.
- University Square - Layout - Firepits, Alcohol TBD (Cash Bar or drink tickets *Rain location: Heritage Hall or LLC?
